Dectron / Dry-O-Tron
Maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs for Dectron Dry-O-Tron indoor pool systems. Service includes inspections, cleaning and attention to refrigeration, compressors and controls, together with the surrounding pool environment.
King Air also plans Dectron retrofits, replacements, ductwork modifications and related mechanical connections. Our family has maintained some of the same Dry-O-Tron systems for more than 30 years.

At Thornbank Avenue, King Air installed a high-efficiency NTI boiler alongside a Dectron DS-20, coordinating pool, spa and surrounding-air heating with dehumidification.
The project also involved planning boiler venting and refrigerant-line routes through a finished home. This is an example of the heating and mechanical work that supports our indoor pool expertise.
